We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan with CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

If you have dental insurance we will be happy to prepare and submit the claims for you. We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We participate with several insurances such as the following: Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, MetLife, GHI/Emblem Preferred and Preferred Plus, Blue Shield of Northeastern NY, CIGNA PPO.

In-Office Discount Smile Club

For those patients who have no insurance, our Smile Club membership plan gives you access to affordable, comprehensive dental care that is a budget-friendly alternative to paying for your dental services out-of-pocket!  You are able to choose from a number of different plans based on your individual and family needs (child, adult, perio) which will be customized to your needs. These plans are simple to understand, reliable, and include preventative care such as cleanings, exams, x-rays, and discounts on additional procedures.
